Brian Ira Tanenbaum
Brian Ira Tanenbaum is the founding partner of the Law Offices of Brian Ira Tanenbaum. Mr. Tanenbaum has been actively engaged in the practice of law for over 25 years. His practice encompasses the representation of banks and financial institutions, equipment leasing companies, franchisees, manufacturers, distributors, real estate developers, and other business clients in equity and finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, franchise, real estate, loan and equipment leasing transactions, commercial litigation, real estate foreclosures, UCC sales, restructures, workouts, bankruptcy proceedings and related state and federal court litigation and arbitration proceedings. Mr. Tanenbaum has worked with both sellers and buyers of businesses and has handled many other corporate and commercial real estate transactions. He has also represented plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court litigation and arbitrations, including business disputes, breach of contract, fraud, loan recovery, enforcement proceedings and secured loan litigation.

Mr. Tanenbaum served for approximately five years on the Board of Directors of First Colonial Bank Northwest, a subsidiary of First Colonial Bankshares Corporation. Mr. Tanenbaum has participated in a variety of seminars and has written and spoken on secured creditors' rights in bankruptcy, equipment leasing under Article 2A of the Uniform Commercial Code and fraud against businesses. Mr. Tanenbaum has served as a party appointed arbitrator in a contract dispute of $4.5 million dollars in Austin, Texas.
